The Colorado Rockies activated right fielder Brad Hawpe from the 15-day DL today. Hawpe was on the DL because of a strained left quad.

Hawpe was on fire before his DL stint hitting .357 with three home runs and a .460 OBP in 42 games. With the Rockies starting a seven-game homestand, Hawpe should be inserted back in your fantasy lineup.

You should also play Hawpe anytime there is a right-handed pitcher on the mound. The left-handed Hawpe is hitting .400 with two home runs against right-handed pitching this season.

For his career, Hawpe is a .295 hitter with a .913 OPS against right-handed pitching.
