Seemingly lost amidst Derek Jeter’s Herculean effort in New York’s 6-4 victory over the Chicago White Sox at Yankees Stadium last Friday night was the historic achievement by his middle infield partner-in-crime.

As ‘The Captain’ went 3 for 4 with 1 home run and 4 RBI’s to lead the Bronx Bombers to their third consecutive victory, Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano contributed with a RBI single in a 1 for 4 evening at the plate.
