I'm no writer and this is hardly and article, but I am surprised that there was hardly and ink on the trade of Kirk Morrison for a Draft pick!

Kirk Morrison to me represented the organization as well as any player former and present. He was proud to wear the colors and never quit on the team. I will never agree that this was the exspendable man on the roster! No way is this guy have less value than some of these other guys who did nothing for the team! The yearly leader in tackles whos numbers were not far off of guys who were elected to the pro-bowl.

I predict that Kirk Morrison will achieve pro-bowl status in the very near future and we will know we pushed him out. I was cool with pushing out the Randy Moss' and Javon Walkers they were players who never displayed passion or leadership while with the Raiders. We've all had enough of the selfish millionaires and want the blue collar players that sell out each game.

I am excited about all other transactions the Raiders have made this off season. I love Rolondo McClain, but I can't help but wonder how the two would have held down the middle of the defense.

Peace Kirk, you will be missed!
