Brian Westbrook Passes Rams' Physical

Former Eagles standout Brian Westbrook passed a physical examination conducted by the St. Louis Rams according to Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News .
It seems likely that Westbrook will sign with the Rams and join the backfield with Steven Jackson.
Given Westbrook's string of injuries the last few seasons which involved concussions, knee swelling, along with both rib and ankle injuries, one can't question Westbrook's passion for the game to come back to play for a rebuilding team like St. Louis.
According to a source close to the Eagles, "If he were to continue his career, it would have to be with a natural grass team."
The St. Louis Rams play in the Edward Jones Dome, which uses artificial turf.
