A sign that the Rutgers football program has continued to grow and improve was seen last Thursday.

For the first time in the program's history, two Scarlet Knights were chosen in the first round of the NFL draft.

Three former Rutgers players were chosen in this year's draft, and a few others have already signed undrafted free agent contracts.

Through the last four years, Rutgers has seen 13 players get drafted into the NFL. That is tied for the most in the Big East in that span.
