Tim Tebow: Did the Denver Broncos Select the former Gator to Play Quarterback?

Looks like the Denver Broncos just pulled an "Al Davis."

It seems to me that an obvious question that has gone unasked is: Did the Denver Broncos select Tim Tebow from Florida to play quarterback?

Much of the talk about Tebow has been that Tebow should play halfback or tight-end. 

The Broncos traded tight-end Tony Scheffler to the Detroit Lions and wide receiver Brandon Marshall to the Miami Dolphins.  Thus, it would make sense that the Broncos looked to add another pass-catcher along with Demaryius Thomas from Georgia Tech.
