Ronaldinho to Sign with Milan

It is official!

Ronaldinho will sign a contract that will tie him to Milan until June 30, 2011. The Brazilian's transfer fee is thought to be €25 million.

After two bad seasons, the two-time world Player of the Year will sign a contract tomorrow to play for the Rossoneri next season.

"I am very happy, after a long time I'm here. I'm very happy to have arrived at Milan, and I hope to give a lot of joy to everybody," Ronaldinho said.

"It's true, I confirm I strongly wanted Milan. Many things have happened, and in the end, I am a Rossonero. I'm happy to be here, and I repeat, I hope to make the Milan crowd happy.

"It's great to find a lot of Brazilians, but also many champions who wear the Milan shirt. I'm happy about everything, I'm here with other Brazilians like me, but also with all the others."

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani said that 'Dinho is the last signing, which means that Milan won't seal the deal with Emmanuel Adebayor. Ronaldinho is the second Milan signing after Matthieu Flamini.

Milan have also brought Cristian Abbiati, Marco Borriello, and Luca Antonini from loan, as the Rossoneri look to challenge for the Serie A title next season after a disappointing fifth place finish last season.
