I never knew it would come to a halt this quickly, but the decline of the David Ortiz era has started and the era can come to an end before the end of the season.

On April 20th, in a crucial moment, the Red Sox Manager, Terry Francona, decided to put in Mike Lowell. In this whole entire season, I haven't heard Fenway that loud, and that took away what Big Papi has done for us.

In today's lineup, Mike Lowell is slotted in as DH, while Papi is on the bench, and expect this trend to continue.
