Through out the history of the National Football League Draft there have many big debates about quarterbacks that would first and second overall.
However, I cannot recall a single quarterback as highly debated over as former Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow.
Listening to WGR 550 a host was adamant that Tebow is talking a good game after seeing the segment that he did with current ESPN analyst Jon Gruden.
However, what he should be judged on is his merits.
The fact of the matter is responsibility is a huge factor as it is apart of the driving force that makes quarterbacks like Inidanapolis Colts Peyton Manning and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady great, and former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Joe Montana.
The thing that blows me away is people are judging him solely on his throwing motion that he used in college even though he showed at his Pro Day a new throwing motion.
However, the thing that pisses me off the most is the fact that expert forget the fact that Montana was a third round draft pick and Brady was a sixth.
What made them overcome the odds was the fact that both were hell bent on proving people wrong.
In the end, with Tebow having the same drive as them teams that don’t take him will come to regret it.
