Brian Ching of the Houston Dynamo has returned to training for the Houston Dynamos. The decision to return after receiving a hamstring injury during the opening game of the team on April 1.

The return of Brian Ching threw open the doors of opportunity for the U.S. soccer team and their coach Bob Bradley. The possibility exists that maybe Brian Ching may be able to participate in the World Cup.

Brian Ching was able to kick the ball in spite of his limitations. He was optimistic about his playing future after recovery. In spite of the optimism, the U.S. soccer team will have to evaluate Mr. Ching closely before submitting his name as part of a preliminary 30-man squad to FIFA.

Mr. Ching will also have to tread carefully in the hope that he can recover fully in order to participate in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The story is a very interesting one and will continue to be monitored as the world edges close to the opening day of the 2010 World Cup.
