Nationwide Race Delayed In Texas, Cup Practice Washed Out

The Nascar Nationwide Series and Sprint Cup Practice were both washed away Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway as rain fell all day ending any track activity. The rain started to fall late Friday night and continued all day and the forecast still calls for showers on Sunday. The Nascar Nationwide Series race was postponed until 9pm Sunday night following the Samsung Mobile 500 @ Texas Motor Speedway. The Nationwide Series race can be seen live on ESPN2 at 9pm Sunday night. The Sprint Cup Series is still scheduled to race on Sunday at 2pm est on Fox weather permitting. More details to come as it has been a soggy Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas.
