World Wrestling Entertainment has been forced to reschedule the "SmackDown Live" events in:

• Innsbruck, Austria on Saturday, April 17
• Istanbul, Turkey on Sunday, April 18

The volcano Eyjafjallajokull began erupting on Wednesday, sending a giant plume of volcanic ash into the atmosphere.

Blowing winds over the Atlantic Ocean pushed the ash over Europe, making it virtually impossible for air travel to be conducted safely.

Due to airports being shutdown across Europe, WWE superstars, staff, and travelers alike, had to scramble and find alternate means of transportation during this time.

WWE hopes to hold both events in November, but no dates have been confirmed yet.
