2010 NFL Draft: The New England Patriots Late Round Prospects, Part 1

Much of the talk surrounding is whether or not the Patriots are in rebuilding mode.

Many people look to their three second-round picks as a way to quickly rebuild for the future. However, we all know the Patriots M.O. in the draft: if there is a prospect they like, they trade down and secure future picks.

This puts more of a premium on those late-round picks they have. We all know the late-round draft history of the Patriots: Edelman in the seventh, Brady and Cassel in the sixth and seventh, respectively, and Troy Brown in the eighth.

The Patriots have two picks in the sixth round (picks 190 and 205) and five picks in the seventh round (picks 229, 231, 247, 248, and 250).
