That is an obvious idea and an evident conclusion (debatable, though) that surely stands in the agreement reached between Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid since the day that the former Manchester United winger joined the Spanish outfit.

Cristiano Ronaldo, however, made it clear that he was not to be regarded as Real Madrid’s sole savior and that every team member had to be responsible of their respective duties. Football analysts suggested that Real Madrid were not only afraid that Cristiano Ronaldo would lose his focus, but also afraid that the player would pick up a "bad luck" injury in such an "unnecessary" event.
