Mike Florio of Profootballtalk.com is reporting that the Pittsburgh Steelers have traded wide receiver Santonio Holmes to the New York Jets.

Holmes has been in the news this week after sources reported he could serve a four-game suspension this upcoming season for breaking the league's substance abuse policy.

Holmes caught 79 passes last season for 1,248 yards and five touchdowns.

Update: ESPN Radio 1050 in New York is reporting the Jets have traded a fifth-round pick in this year's draft for Holmes.
