With the NFL Draft draft drawing closer, the clock is ticking away on what the Denver Broncos will do with Brandon Marshall.

Marshall has been a thorn in the Broncos' side for the past few years, and despite his enormous talent, he has not been able to get along with Head Coach Josh McDaniels.

Marshall has been wanting out of Denver for awhile now, but the Broncos aren't going to let him go for a song and a dance like Philadelphia did with Donovan McNabb.

So the question becomes: Who do the Broncos deal with?

Marshall visited the Seattle Seahawks right after free agency opened, but with a first-round tender, the deal won't come cheap.

However, the Seahawks do have two first round draft picks, the sixth and the 14th. It's possible they may trade the Broncos the 14th pick for Marshall as part of a package deal.

With all the risks associated with first round picks, Marshall is a known quantity, and it would guarantee value for the Seahawks and show dividends in the 2010 season.

The Cleveland Browns had been listed as a possibility early on in free agency, but Browns President Mike Holmgren squashed those rumors this week.

Other teams looking for wide receivers in the first round should be considered. Any team looking to draft Dez Bryant should be calling the Broncos and making offers.

The Washington Redskins had been rumored as well, but with the McNabb trade, they already are down some draft picks and most likely aren't willing to lose any more.

That being said, Marshall would make a pretty tempting target for McNabb to throw to.

If Marshall ends up stuck in Denver and assuming he can stay on the field, he should be playing up to his usual form.

Marshall's biggest enemy is himself right now, and he can't afford to throw temper tantrums again and get benched. This will affect his tradability and how eager other teams may be to throw a lot of money at him.

Marshall may need a change of scenery, but Denver shouldn't give him away for nothing. The Eagles already performed that comedy this offseason.

A draft day trade is not out of the question, and be prepared for a surprise because Marshall wants paid, and Denver doesn't look too keen on fulfilling Marshall's wishes any time in the near future.
