Case Keenum: The Best Quarterback In College Football History?

Michael CooperContributor IApril 10, 2010

Case Keenum in the past two seasons has passed for over 5,000 yards. If He passes for 5,000 yards again in 2010 which seems plausible considering the offense he plays in, Keenum will become the all time passing leader in College football history passing Timmy Chang's record. Currently Keenum's numbers are 12,950 passing yards and 102 tds. In 2009 Keenum lead the country in total passing yards, passing yards per game, total offense, and finished 6th in passing efficiency.  He lead the cougars to victories against two BCS teams in Mississippi State, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. In the Texas Tech victory he lead a 90+ yard scoring drive that lead to the game winning td with only 49 seconds left.  In 2010 Keenum and the Cougars have the opportunity to beat 3 BCS teams in Mississippi State, UCLA, and Texas Tech. If the cougars are undefeated look for Keenum to be in the top 3 for the Heisman trophy.
