All Philadelphia Eagles fans need to know about Kevin Klob, is that your new starting Quarterback holds the record for back to back 300 yard games for a first time starting QB. With the league going more and more to a aerial passing attack, it’s a good thing the Eagles didn’t sit on Klob to much longer. Today the Eagles ship Donovan McNabb out of town and to the Redskins a division rival team no less. Eagles acquire the Redskins second round pick this year and a third or fourth next year. Needless to say but this was a very very smart move by the Eagles top brass.  Kolb at the University of Houston accumulated 9,833 and 60 touchdowns in a pass happy offense. Even though it was in the C-USA it should not be overlooked, Kolb knows how to find his receivers. Kolb has now been given the keys to a car that will go as far as his arm will take them. It is easy to believe that the Eagles will not miss a beat, and it is also not far fetched to think that they could be better of with out McNabb. With McNabb out of the picture could it mean an even wider passing attack that the Eagles will employ next season? With the emergence of young deadly weapons is it conceivable that the Eagles could have the number one offense next year? Only time will tell, but what we do know is that McNabb’s new team will have to spend most of the upcoming preseason explaining the new overtime rules to McNabb.
