Cleveland Browns defensive tackle Shaun Rogers was arrested at Hopkins International Airport today when a loaded hand gun was found in his carry on luggage.
The Associated Press is reporting that security officers found a loaded .45 caliber handgun in Rogers carry on luggage. He was arrested and taken into custody, but at the time of this article, no charges have been filed.
Carrying a concealed weapon in the state of Ohio is a third degree felony which carries a penalty ranging from probation up to five years in prison.
Browns team president Mike Holmgren issued a statement saying that the team was aware of the arrest.
