St. John's has hired ESPN analyst and UCLA coach Steve Lavinto succeed Norm Roberts, a school spokesman said Tuesday. The school a news conference to introduce to introduce Lavin on Wednesday. St. John's has been to two Final Fours without a championship. For a basketball junie, you can't ask for more," Lavin said. "These are two of the elite programs in collese basketball." Could be St. John's best coach since Little Louie Carnesecca. This would change the school  program for recuiting. I think New York loves St. John's for this great move!
