Undertaker Defeats Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania 26

Jacob WaringAnalyst IIIMarch 29, 2010

Undertaker's streak is now 18-0. Shawn Michaels is now retired.

I have mixed feelings as I wanted Shawn Michaels not to retire, but also did not want 'Taker to lose.

I've been watching wrestling all my life and to see either a phenomenal career end or see the unbeatable streak end would be awful.

At the end of the day, it was a DAMN good match—regardless of the match!

A 23-minute match where Michaels was defiant until the end. That final Tombstone sealed the deal and ended one hell of a match.

I'm not going to recap the entire match as it's better to see it in with your own eyes as words cannot explain those emotions that were involved.

It was better than last year's bout but with a different story.

After the match the Heartbreak Kid's eyes welled with tears as he thanked God and his fans before walking up the ramp while shaking hands with people in the stands.

The streak continues for another year while Mr. Wrestlemania retires!
