Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown was arrested Friday night on suspicion of DUI. Tell me, how does one get arrested on suspicion of DUI?  I know when I got my DUI, I knew right away. There was no suspicion involved.   

The article also states that he was "released from custody" Saturday morning and that Brown was "distraught" over the incident.  Unless he just wanted a sleep-over in the county jail, I'd say DUI is a pretty logical assumption.  Throw in Brown being "distraught" and you've got a Yhatzee!

Seriously ESPN, if you can't cover the story with some Komencentz, leave it to TMZ.
