"Hard Knocks Jets" To Appear On HBO Series

 Rex Ryan's daily stand-up routine, complete with self-deprecating humor and entertaining bluntness, will now be seen by a wide cable television audience. The Jets will be featured on the seventh season of the HBO series "Hard Knocks" - an NFL Films all-access reality series that will follow the team through training camp - according to a person familiar with the decision. The person requested anonymity because the team hasn"t officially released the news. Owner Woody Johnson, General Manager Mike Tannenbaum and Ryan will hold a press conference Thursday for a "major media announcement." The Jets are tailor-made for the show with Bart Scott, Kris Jenkins Cover boy Mark Sanchez the rating should go through the roof. JETS! JETS! JETS!
