Roger Federer Aims to Be ATP 2010 Number 1

Roger Federer will have his sights firmly set on being the year end ATP 2010 world number 1, it would be the 5th time if Federer can manage to achieve that incredible feat. Roger Federer won the 16th Grand Slam title of his career in January this year when he won the Australian Open beating Andy Murray in the final 6-3 6-4 7-6. This week Roger Federer will be competing in the ATP Masters 1000 event in Miami, Federer is a two champion in Miami. Federer has not won in Miami since 2006 but he will be looking to put that right this week. Federer will need to win some Masters events as well as adding to his Grand Slam tally if he is to end the year as the world number 1 once again. Novak Djokovic is currently the world number 2. Djokovic reached the final in Miami last year.
