The Mets have ambunance of set-up role pitchers. Kiko Calero, Ryota Igarashi, Mejia, Sean Green, Bobby Parnell, Fernando Nieve, Nelson Figueroa, and Hisanori Takahashi are all candidates. Sean Green ERA for the spring is 6.75. Parnell ERA  is 3.48 but , Parnell pitch much better than Green. Bobby Parnell  has more youth and throws harder than Green. I would trade Green or Parnell for a starter. Pelfrey, Perez, and Maine are big question marks. Pelfrey got tag yesterday for four home runs. The Tigers Dontrelle Willis was put in the bullpen for now. Maybe, Padres Clayton Richard who was 9-5 last year. Or the Cubs Jeff Samardzija is a starter to trade for. The Mets should search around.
