After spending last season with NBA Europe, Dee Brown was signed to an offer sheet by the Washington Wizards on Thursday.

The Utah Jazz have seven days to match the Wizards' offer. If they don't, Brown is the newest member of the Washington Wizards.

Brown was chosen in the second round (46th overall) of the 2005 NBA draft by the Jazz. He averaged 1.9 points per game in his career.

In Europe, he averaged 12.3 points per game. Should the Jazz not match the offer, Brown will be the Wizards' third string guard.

Brown led Illinois to the 2005 NCAA Final Championship.
