NY Jets Free-Agent Kicker Jay Feely To Visit Cardinals; Eric Smith Signs

 Jets restricted free agent kicker Jay Feely is scheduled to visit the Cardinals this, according to a report on FoxSports.com The Cardinals are in the market for a kicker because they have decided not to re-sign  unrestricted free-agent kicker Neil Rackers. Jet may take a look at Rackers. He is regarded as one of the better kickers in the league. Meanwhile, Jets S Eric Smith signed his one-year, $1.176 million tender offer, He's expected to challenge for the starting job next season with the departure of Kerry Rhodes.
