Samantha Stosur of Australia will be looking to continue her fine form this week in the WTA event in Indian Wells California. Stosur reached the Quarter Final of her home Grand Slam the Australian Open but she lost to the eventual champion Serena Williams. Samantha Stosur has had a lot of success on the doubles tour indeed she won the Mixed doubles at Wimbledon with Bob Bryan back in 2008. The Australian’s goal would be to replicate that form on the singles court. Should Stosur go all the way and win the title this week in Indian Wells then she would go al long way towards announcing herself as a real threat at the majors in 2010. Justin Henin who was one of the favourites this week in Indian Wells was beaten in the 2nd round by Dulko of Argentina. Samantha Stosur will have to be at her best if she is to pull of a huge upset and win the title.
