It is being reported by Redskins.com and The Washington Post that the Washington Redskins have signed free agent quarterback Rex Grossman.

Grossman is a former Super Bowl quarterback with the Chicago Bears and spent last season with current Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan in Houston.

No details on the contract have been released at this time.

Is this a good signing or bad signing?

Hard to tell without knowing the logistics of the contract, but at the very least Grossman should help Jason Campbell and Colt Brennan learn Shanahan's system.
