Larry Foote has signed a three year deal worth $9.3 million with an $1.3 million dollar signing bonus with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Foote started in Detroit, but told friends with the Steelers last season that he wearied of losing as the Lions went 2-14.
Last year, Foote recorded 99 tackles, forced 1 fumble, and got 2 sacks.
