Was LaDanian Tomlinson Worried About Competing For a Championship?

LT chooses the Jets over the Vikings. Was this a smart choice? Is he really concerned about competing for a championship or was he more concerned with starting? In my opinion it doesn't matter because the team he chose gives him the best chance for both. On the other hand if Brett Favre comes back he chose wrong. Which raises another question, has Brett Favre screwed the Vikings with his delayed announcement of his future plans? That is another article though. As a Jet he does have a better offensive line so this will give him a chance to revive his career. He is guaranteed to have a good quaterback. He doesnt have to be the work horse with two other solid running backs in Greene and Washington. Yet, that could be a downfall for LT also. If he can't produce he can and will be benched. But even with all this info the question still remains. Did he choose the right team? Well he did choose the right team if he has an original LT year. Only if LT has a good year will the Jets have a chance to better their season. Bottom line as a Viking he didn't have a starting role or a positive good qb. So again in my opinion, LT chose wisely.
