All of these leafs remind of other key players over the past few decades.

Dion Phaneuf, arguably the hardest hitter in the NHL and probably the 2nd hardest shot will undoubtedly be  battling for captain next year he reminds me of a former leaf Brian McCabe. Solid Hitters, Weapons on the PK and among the best of leaders.

Phil Kessel, that terrific scorer that the opposition is always trying to keep away from the puck and opening chances up for everyone, can anyone say Lanny Macdonald terrific release, scoring touch, and if you give that guy room you will lose

Viktor Stalberg, probably the fastest skater in the NHL, sure he's struggled this year but he's had 3 goals since the new guys have arrived. Kind of like Alexei Ponikarovsky, great size, terrific skating ability, for their size and both crash the net.

Luca Caputi, in a nutshell Alexei Ponikarovsky only slightly smaller and has a bit more of a natural scoring ablility.

Tyler Bozak is their prodigy faceoff man, who will probably be that center that kessel needs.

Carl Gunnarson, Don't even get me started. He is like Niklas Lidstrom in the making, he is calm and collected in every situation, and doesn't shy away from a hit.

These Rookies are promise for the future.
