Can it be that all my expectations are becoming reality? Have the Raiders released Javon Walker? Raidernation it is true! Javon walker was leeching off the payroll and after he got beat up in Las Vegas, well, we all  I knew there was no way he could be a Raider.
It appears to me that Tom Cable is working to get the D-Line stronger and faster. Khalif Barnes was resigned, Richard Seymour franchised and although I've heard alot about Asomugha he was a restricted free agent and if price matched could be resigned but I doubt it will happen. Either way the Raiders are improving.
Tom Cable should have a perfect opportunity come draft time and we should get some young talented lineman. Just wait and see. We should see a faster and more determined Oline and D-Line this season especially since the loss of Fargas who failed his physical. Losing Fargas was bad news since Fargas has truly been a beast on the gridiron.
The O-Line is going to have to be strong and open up lanes for McFadden who should see alot more action provided he remains healthy. With a stronger O-Line the passing game should also improve and thats where the Raiders will shock millions. Louis Murphy and Schilenz should have a stellar season.
The Raiders have great offensive players until we get to the root of the hurt and that is JaMarcus Russell. Many feel he will remain with the Oakland Raiders because of his huge price tag. To the hundred I say not so. In fact I do not see JaMarcus being the starter to this team of elite.  I see Gradkowski or possibly a QB picked up from free agency like Billy Volek or any fan that attends the games because even they would outperform Russell.
There is a lot of talent in this years draft so expect some new names . I was pretty content with the addition of WR Yamon Figurs. Figurs is a speedy reciever and with all the talent on the field the QB position should be like the days of Rich Gannon where he merely picked apart defenses.
So what other move would be spectacular for this Raider team so we can start defeating our opponents? We neeed to get pass rushing and run stopping players. The Kansas City Chiefs, the Denver Broncos and lastly the San Diego Chargers have been running through the defense with some ease and it needs to stop now.
I have been attending the first Monday Night games for our Silver and Black annually and simply put  "I am tired of the opening game losses to SD!". Darren Sproles ran through a huge hole and defeated us at a game where I was certain we would win. Enough is enough.  It seems the Raiders are tired of giving money to players who simply are not NFL worthy.
The Raidernation really needs to see JaMarcus go or work his a(&^  off and practice with the recieving core 200% to impress me or give the guy his walking papers. Ive seen bits of great play but  I wish we could  picked up a Mark Sanchez  or even Stafford. But as I stated at the start of this finely written article :), Javon Walker is gone!!!   Absolutely great news.
