The Ratings For The First Week Of War

Bill RingContributor IMarch 10, 2010

The ratings are in for the first week of permanent head to head battle for WWE Raw and TNA Impact.

Impact got a 1.0 cable rating and drew 1.4 million viewers, which in my opinion is extra low even for going up against a giant show like Raw. I originally thought they would get a 1.4 or maybe something a little lower but nothing like what they got.

I guess TNA didn't do to bad since Monday Night Raw had I 3.4 rating with 5.1 million viewers. This is a big drop from the shows average 3.6 rating.

From what I've heard, both Spike TV and USA Network are upset with the drop in ratings of both shows. But that's what Spike should expect while in the middle of a war and maybe now WWE will take TNA seriously.

Please let me know what your thoughts are for the first night of war. Also, tell me which show you watched, which had the better show, and why. Thanks for reading.
