Inter Milan President Massimo Moratti insists they've made no cash offer for Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard.
They have replied that they don't intend to negotiate and that is their right," he admitted.
"It's not true that we didn't make an offer because there was one and we will confirm that but we don't want to exaggerate the problem. I am optimistic and we will have to see."
In my opinion these claims will relax the Chelsea management as they were in stress about Lampard's future at Stamford Bridge.
The Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho is after Chelsea squad. He want to shape Inter in a new way and he wants to bring his former players to Italy's Serie A.
