When it comes to the Dallas Mavericks i'm the first to jump on the bandwagon, so when they won there 11 straight game against the Bulls I didn't get excited. The Mavs is playing some good ball but they are still giving up too many points and with Brendan Haywood and Eric Dampier out the Mavs need some help at the post position. Besides Dirk who else do we have at the post Eddy Najera? Saturday night game the Mavs had 9 rebounds the whole game.If Damp and Haywood can't stay healthy then the Mavs are in trouble when playoff time comes. Sure the Mavs is shooting good but If they dont have no post player then its going to be hard to win the west. Caron Butler is playing good, Dirk is playing like Dirk and rookie Roddy Beaubois is proving he can play in this league but if the Mavs wanna win a championship they are going to need post players because at the end of the day the regular season don't mean nothing once the playoffs come around.
