Okay - putting McNabb stuff on 1/2 price sale was not my best move but I was hopeful.  I did not buy anything Vick so not so bad.  I lost my shirt (jerseys really) on B'Dawk and now B'West.  What is going on?  We may have the same 3 QBs again next year?  Vick gets a nice bonus...did you see a big difference in how the Eagles played with him vs without him?  I am going football crazy when all I want to do is get to spring training and do some choice signings!  Phillies, a team I can love (okay Cliff Lee to Seattle, not my favorite move but Halladay, it is all okeedoe).  Now we are back to the Eagles?  How about NCAA action?  Andy Reid sure knows how to ruin a good party!  I am thinking in red not green and college not pro and B'ball not football!

So I am bitching and moaning and have no answers.  I was hoping for a Kolb/Hasselback kind of year.  Not happening.  I was hoping that Vick would go to the Browns, not happening (dog pound is just too too funny).  I was hoping for a shot at a Super Bowl.  Just a shot!  We have talent in the young guys and we need a QB that will inspire them and take them to the top.

It is like Moses who is told he will get to see the land from the mountain and then die.  We died last season - in Dallas - playing the Cowgirls.  Moses might have been traded for a few foot soldiers and left to retire comfortably on the mountain top not die.  Can we please send McMoses - er McNabb - to the mountain top to do soup commercials with his mother?  It will be Kolb as Joshua with some guidance from Hasselback as Aaron who might just lead us to Super Bowl Land.  McNabb (and Vick did nothing as his assistant) has had us wandering in the football desert  - where we have wandered for 50 years!  Hell, that is 10 years longer than the Jewish people had to wander to let an entire generation die out!

Please forgive the religious analogies but with Passover coming I could not resist recasting the Ten Commandments!  The cheeerleaders are the women - that is something everyone agrees with.  Seriously, how many kids remember Concrete Charley, last of the two way players, battered and beaten now with severe arthritis?
