C.C. Sabathia was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers for four prospects.  Was this a good idea for the Brew Crew? 

I don't believe it was. 

Even though C.C. won the AL Cy Young Award last season, I think it was a one and done deal.  The future for the Brewers could be done now just because they wanted a shot at a championship for one year. 

For Sabathia, the Brewers gave up Matt Laporta (AA), Zach Johnson (AAA), Taylor Green (A), and Rob Bryson (A).

Now the future is gone for Milwaukee—but the push for the present is on.
