Here's the first "Question and Answer" article in the World Football Community on Bleacher Report, from a press conference in Cobham with new Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari.

Question: When did you first consider becoming Chelsea's manager?

"Mr.Roman (Abramovich) got in touch with me, before the Euros, after Manchester City had called me.

"I was given time to consider my position and I discussed it with my family and I realized it was an opportunity to secure my future."

Question: Why did you decline the position to become England's manager?

"It is the past, I never wanted to coach England, it was never a job that interested me, the package offered was ordinary and there was always going to be a lot of pressure.

"When I accepted this invitation I was thinking about my life as a coach and I think it's the right time."

Question: Can you cope with the media pressure of managing Chelsea?

"Look, the pressure from media is around the world. If you are the coach in Brazil, wow! You know what pressure is.

"I think I am prepared, it's the first time for me in England but I haven't had a problem with the media during my life, I don't think I have a problem with it."

Question: Do you realize Avram Grant was sacked after finishing as runner up to Manchester United in the Premier League and the Champions League? Does that put extra pressure on you?

"I think all the coaches in the world need to win.

"One or two or three competitions, all coaches, I am now in one of the big clubs in the world and for sure I need to win a competition. If I don't win, it's the same for any coach."

Question: What is your top priority as the manager, the Premier League or the Champions League?

"I think we have to think and to value all the competitions we participate in, after that we try to follow our own way to try to win as much as we can.

"I'm not going to give a priority to any of the competitions. All of them will be important."

Question: Is Frank Lampard leaving Chelsea?

"I met Frank Lampard yesterday and I spoke to him; I like him too much as a player and as a person.

"I asked him if he wanted to stay at Chelsea, not only for this season but for more time.

"He told me after 15 minutes that he wants to stay and he wants to play for Chelsea for many years."

Question: Do you want Didier Drogba to be a part of your team?

"Drogba is part of my plans 100 percent. No, 200 percent.

"I like him; last season I voted him one of the best players in the world, I think two or three years ago I chose John Terry, now they are with me. I am happy.

"I spoke to Drogba because he arrived in our training base, he has a little problem with his knee, I spoke to him and I know he is happy with the club."

Question: Are you special?

"Yes!"

"I am special for my friends, my family and my country, no more."

Question: Are you looking to buy new players?

"This time is the time to transfer; maybe we will buy some players."
