Scary Moment For The Pistons

During the Cleveland vs. Pistons game tonight Rodney Stuckey collapsed on the bench during the third quarter. Play was stopped for 12 minutes while medical personnel rushed over to the bench to help him.

It was a referred to as a "violent seizure" by some analysts. They had to put a oxygen mask over his face, place him on a stretcher, and roll him to an ambulance that took him to the hospital. According to ESPN, he is now conscious and breathing on his own in the hospital.

Many of the Cleveland players sat on the bench and bowed their heads together during this horrible event. That just goes to show that NBA players are not all about the money and fame, they care for each other and know when it is time to look past the game on the court.

Stuckey has had a very productive year. He has averaged 17.4 points per game, 4.9 assists per game, and 1.4 steals per game.

This is a very sad situation, and all we can do it hope that it is nothing serious. The Pistons would really like to have him back considering they are struggling enough as it is.

Keep your eyes on this situation to see any further updates that will come out. In the meantime, keep him in your thoughts!
