The New York Yankees' LF questions are still around: can Winn play well like he did in '08, can Gardner start on a everyday basis? There is one player that can solve those questions from Yankees fans, and that's to sign Jermaine Dye. Since Spring Training already started, he would come cheap, although a bit rusty. But he is far a better player than Winn or Gardner.

Even though he hit only .250, he still hit 27 HR with 81 RBIs, and can provide some protection for Rodriguez, after the departure of Damon. The only reason he still did not sign was because of his 2nd half numbers. Overall, he still managed to come up with above power stats, and can still play the outfield.

Is it just me.. or should the Yanks sign him?
