IconGo back two years ago outside Ford Field on a Sunday afternoon. It's cold outside and it's a typical Lions Season, but one thing is on Lions fans minds is clear—they want GM Matt Millen's head.

In present time he is starting to look like maybe he knows what he was doing. Yes, he was in charge for Joey Harrington, Charles Rogers, and Mike Williams—but he also was in charge of the amazing 1st round of Roy Williams and Kevin Jones. He did hire Marty and Mariucci—but he did get Marinelli.

The Lions are 6-2, have an always improving defense, and a stellar balanced offensive attack with a healthy Kevin Jones contributing. Detroit is thinking playoffs and frankly they should be. They just blew out Denver 44-7, and they get the Cardinals this week.

If the Lions can continue to improve each week, it is not crazy to say they could be playing New England in Febuary.

This Sunday, it's Arizona vs. Detroit. Tune in and you will see the new Detroit Lions.
