James Toney’s 10 Best/Worst Potential UFC Matchups

The MMA world has been abuzz the last few hours with the news of James Toney being signed to a multi-fight deal with the UFC. After months of continued speculation and persistent pressure on Toney's part, Dana White finally gave in.

To say this was a surprise would be an under statement, but as UFC President Dana White has already said Toney is a fighter and this will not be a "freak show." He carries a pretty impressive boxing record of 72-6-3 and he certainly should be comfortable on his feet, but this is MMA and the questions regarding his ground game will inevitably surface.

So once you let the initial shock of this set in, I'm sure like myself you are starting to think of, who is Toney going to fight? So here is a list of possible match-ups, both good and bad that the UFC could go with for the debut of James "Lights Out" Toney!!
