2010 NFL Draft in the Recession (Draft-cession)

Where does the the money stand in this years draft-cession? Since the beginning of the recession; everyday blue collar and white collar folks alike; have cut back on luxuries and excess spending.
Where does that leave all 32 teams in next months NFL draft? If money is an issue for us as consumers; then what more for the 32 teams; who want to draft the best possible players?
Are new guidelines going to be set; and will NFL rookies ever except less money to sign; since they are all pretty much unproven at the next level.
Recession
Which draft pick is going to be a bust? Or the long term savior for any of the 32 respective NFL teams? The NFL Draft in 2010 is going to be a toss up; since attendance at football games will be down in this recession. Less tickets being sold; and more signing bonuses being promised to unproven rookies.
Who will pay the price?
GM's and team owners; all want the future now; but are these players worth the price of admission; when financial times are sketchy? The teams need to be more tight fisted when they draft next month.
Numbers game
With the 32 teams looking for the best value for their money in the 1st round; and who will end up becoming a bust or a superstar?
smart move
All and all the 2010 Draft-cession; will be like a game of chess; making the right moves to eventually win it all in the end.
