The Top Five Underrated WWE Superstars

After reading several articles on superstars who deserve better in WWE, I decided to make one myself.
The superstars you're about to see have always impressed me, but for some reason, they're not on top like John Cena or Triple H.
Now before you begin reading here are a few honorable mentions:
Goldust
William Regal
Dolph Ziggler
Paul Burchill
Charlie Haas
Evan Bourne
Evan Bourne made his debut on ECW and until this day, he's been one impressive guy. He's fast, charismatic, and even risk taking.
His finisher, the shooting star press, was enough to get him over with the fans, yet he's failed to capture any title in WWE yet.
Although I don't like the way WWE's been using him recently, his time will come.
After all, Triple H has his back.
Chavo Guerrero
Chavo Guerrero, the man who lost to Hornswoggle numerous times in the past, is one of the best cruiserweights in WWE history.
Believe me when I say Chavo is talented, if you don't then, check out the matches he's had in the past with Rey Mysterio.
I really don't know why he wasn't pushed, Guerrero could have done so much in WWE if he was given a chance.
Matt Hardy
Matt Hardy started off his career with his brother, Jeff, but despite working with the company day in and out, he wasn't given his push that he deserved.
I thought that push was going to start in 2009 when Matt turned heel and was drafted to RAW, but I guess it was bad luck for Matt as he was traded back to Smackdown. Since then, he was put into random rivalries with no meaning.
Matt has it all, the popularity, the talent, and even the charisma. WWE? It's not too late for Matt. Put him back into the "I will not die" gimmick and give Matt his well-deserved push.
Shelton Benjamin
Shelton Benjamin may be of the best pure athletes in WWE history. Although he has had his share of titles in the past, he was never world champion, nor has he ever been a top player in WWE.
Although Benjamin is an awesome athlete, the reason he was never pushed was because he doesn't have charisma like John Cena. He has tried in the past, but was never over with the fans or backstage.
Benjamin is one of the greatest, but he needs a heel turn because I don't feel Benjamin works better as a face.
Christian
I really don't know why this guy isn't top talent like his "brother" Edge.
He's over with the fans, he has great mic skills, and he's talented in the ring. Christian has won a tremendous amount of titles, but like everybody else on the list, has never won a world championship.
Anyways, let's hope Christian gets his long awaited push this year, after he wins Money in the Bank.
