Derek Jeter is not talking about his future with the Yankees until after this season.
Like Jeter does with most important topics, he is talking and answering question once and then he will not talk about the issue until after the season. This is very smart on Jeter's part, because he will keep he head on the game the whole season, where it should be.
Jeter is entering the final season of a 10 year, $189 deal. There is no reason to even think that Jeter will be in another uniform after his contract expires. Derek Jeter is a Yankee, wants to be a Yankee, and he will always be a Yankee.
