Fairwell B'West...Is Radio In Your Future and Is LT In The Eagles?

It is official Brian Westbrook is unemployed (at least temporarily).  Well the economy is bad so he joins the ranks of the rest of us.  I propose he replace Hugh Douglas on WIP 610 Morning Show.  B'West knows the game inside and out and is not full of himself or rather full of BS.  I would love to listen to him as Monday Morning QB.  You heard it here first (should it happen).

I was not too surprised that he was cut once LT was cut from the Chargers.  LT is a healthy old man in football years. To quote my husband "B'West has had his brain knocked around his head too many times" which means he is just an old man in football years.  The Eagles are hungry and LT might be just the tasty morsel they are looking for.  Wonder how long it takes for them to sign him?  Stay tuned for that announcement provided LT wants to come to Philly.

Can anyone rescue a team that is always the bridesmaid and never the bride?  I am not a football genius but as a business owner I would change the CEO aka Coach Andy Reid and the QB, McNabb.  It is about production.  The owners are making money hand over fist in a small stadium that is constantly sold out with a waiting list for season tickets.  They like AR, a Super Bowl will not sell more tickets for them, they have the city in a lock.  Just enough to make playoffs seems just enough for Eagles' management.

If LT comes to Philly he will be  either a hero or take the blame for a team that either wins the Super Bowl or loses it.  McNabb will remain teflon and come up with excuses and Reid will continue to say nothing during press conferences.  The big difference will be there will be no Brian Westbrook on the field getting his brains scrambled for a team that just isn't quite good enough for the big prize.  B'West may be the biggest winner today!
