Top 5 NFL Teams of 2010
With the 2009-10 season officially over, and the draft combine sarting up, I have made a pre-draft prediction about who I think will be the top teams next season. Lots of thought went into these teams, including factors such as experience, age, coaching and much more. It appears thaht one division may prevail, at least in my mind, it certainly should be a great season
5. New York Jets
The New York Jets proved in this postseason that they are for real. They will seem to only improve with growing of Mark Sanchez and Shonne Greene. Their Defense is top notch, and they are looking to get another corner to play opposite Revis
4. Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys consists of playmakers, veterans, and young talents. Which in my mind are three core values of a team. I think the Cowboys will win the NFC East with one of the best records. I think that the three great running backs in Marion Barber, Felix Jones, and Tashard Choice coul very well combine for well over 2,000 yards. Also, I am looking for 1,000 yard seasons in Miles Austin, and Patrick Crayton. For a team with a lot of talent, things may be looking up in the near future.
3. Green Bay Packers
The Packers showed signs of success at the end of last season. Closing out with 8 of last 9 victories, and a close Wildcard Playoff game lost, I think Aaron Rodgers will lead the team to Superbowl XLV
2. Indianapolis Colts
As runner ups in Super Bowl XLIV, I think with more coachin experience, Peyton and Coach Caldwell will be entering next season with high expectations. As long as their is not an injury to Manning, I think this team could find themselves in the big game once again. Behold the Manning-Caldwell era.
1. Baltimore Ravens
Without a doubt I think the NFLs best young team lives in Baltimore. Young QB, young HB, veteran Defense, experienced coaching staff, and if they can add a weapon for Joe Flacco than I do not second guess that the Ravens will be playing in Cowboys Stadium next February. I think Ray Rice will be fantasy MVP and is very capable of rushing for 2,000 yards. Watch out for these guys.
