It is common human nature which causes members of society to ignore the truth in certain situations, even when the evidence of the matter has been laid bare for us.
We simply fail to recognize the facts of a subject, when acceptance of said truth differs from the scope of our own narrow opinions.
A parallel line can be drawn with this train of thought and the NBA because, as we have breached the mid-way point of the season, several evident truths have been lost amidst normal NBA banter.
Some of these truths exist in plain sight for all to see, while others reside hidden beneath the surface, too painful for the mind to acknowledge.
I have compiled a list of 10 truths which I feel are tangible enough to touch, but remain trapped in the shackles of our own denial.
I'm sure there are those who will disagree. But remember this list is a subjective matter and therefore is a victim of my own opinionated mind, so it is readily open for debate.
I welcome any respectful conversation, and please feel free to offer any alternative truths which exist in the NBA, yet we fail to recognize. Please enjoy the show.
