The Kings Kevin Martin has been traded along with Sergio Rodriguez, Hilton Armstrong and Kenny Thomas, to Houston for McGrady, Carl Landry and Joey Dorsey. As many people thought McGrady would be going to the Bulls or Knicks the Kings snuck in and made a deal for the high scoring Martin. There is still also a possibility that T-Mac can still end up in a Knicks uniform.

Brian Cardinal of the T-Wolves has been swapped with the Knicks Darko Milicic, he will be waived to make room for the player incoming from the Nate Robinson to Boston deal.

The Bucks and Bulls have made a deal which would send John Salmons to the Bucks for the expiring deals of Hakim Warrick and Joe Alexander, the former lottery pick who has been battling injuries since coming into the NBA. This move gives the Bulls for room to try and recruit D-Wade.

Antawn Jamison was traded to the Cavs for Big Z and a 1st round pick. The deal also included the Clippers Al Thorton who was sent to the Wizards for recently acquired Drew Gooden. Both Gooden and Big Z will be expected to waived and return to the Mavs and Cavs respectively.
